Friday Favourites

Happy Friday, design lovers! This week we are feelin’ some of the design trends we’ll see throughout 2018. From terrazzo to sleek black lines to lots and lots of blush! It’s always great to mix some on-trend pieces with other décor styles to add layers and create character in your space!

Aly is gushing over the Balloon Concerto Piano by Federico Picci. This digital art piece by Italian-based graphic designer creates an illusion of music in a physical form. The blush orbs rising and falling from the piano is symbolic to how music is constantly moving through space.

Alison is loving the Sekki Pots from Ferm Living. These cool plant pots are made of clay with coarse texture and deep, earthy colours. These pots are a great way to add some green living into your home!

Kristy is obsessed with the Sling Bar Stools from CB2. This vintage inspired sear has a natural hair-on-hide hand-painted with splatter effects seat and backrest. The arcs and bends in the black steel legs gives a great contrast to the hide giving this stool a one-of-a-kind vibe.

Rob is crazy for the Simone Dinner Plate from Anthropologie. The demure pastels and tonal blues blend into classic floral pattern for a contemporary dish. Taking inspiration from ornate vintage barware this patterned glassware is graced with intricate, modern motifs.

Katie is swooning over the Terrazzo Table Lamp from Oliver Bonas. Terrazzo is becoming more and more popular and is on my design trends list for 2018.This on-trend lamp is a great way to add some modern touches to your space!
